To Blue Ocean Resort Owner/Management,

I would like to formally submit my complaint regarding HUT A21 at Blue Ocean Resort.
• There is an ongoing drainage issue in the upstairs washroom.
• The washing area on the outside deck also has a drainage problem.
• The cleaning staff did not respond to our concerns and were uncooperative.
• There was no additional hut staff available to address these issues.
• The access path from the hut to the beach area was not properly cleaned and is quite rocky.
• Garbage was found between the hut and the beach area, which should be addressed promptly.

Given the amount we paid for the hut, we expected a higher standard of service and maintenance. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet those expectations or reflect the value for money. We hope these matters will be addressed promptly.

This is an amazing hut. There is a big lounge with with seating arrangements of around 15 to 20 persons including the Dinning table chairs. ACs are installed so temperature can be maintained accordingly. On the first floor there are two chilled AC rooms with attached baths and a terrace facing the beach. It also has two pools, one for kids and the other one is for adults, however the adults pool is quite small.
