1. Booking Process

  1. Service Listings: The Platform allows you to browse and book services ( hotels, tours, experiences) provided by third-party service providers. Details such as price, availability, and terms are provided by the respective provider.

  2. Booking Confirmation: By sending a booking request through the Platform, you are offering to purchase the service at the price specified. Bookings are confirmed through an email along with the provider’s terms.

2. Pricing and Payment

  1. Service Fees price includes providers’ charges, taxes and additional charges such as platform fees. The total cost is clearly mentioned at the time of booking

  2. Payment: payment is required at the time of booking and is processed through the Platform’s secure payment gateway or IBFT.

  3. Currency: All prices are mentioned in PKR, unless stated otherwise.

  4. Adjustments: In the case of a Force Majeure (unforeseen events), the customer shall be liable for additional costs. Any goodwill adjustments by the platform are discretionary and not obligatory.

3. Cancellation and Modifications

  1. By Customer: Cancellation policies vary from one provider to another and it’s your job to review and understand them.

  2. by Service Provider: If a Provider cancels the platform will either make a refund or offer an alternative booking.

  3. Modification of Bookings: changes to booking (example date) are subject to approval by the provider and availability. An extra fee may be charged.

4. Customer Responsibilities

By going through with your booking, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during booking. This includes personal and payment details or other requests.

  • Follow provider rules while using booked services. In case of damage or loss during your stay, it is your responsibility.

  • Conduct yourself respectfully with providers and other customers. And agree to abide by policies such as check-in and check-out times.

5. Limitation of Liability

  1. Platform’s Role: The platform is an intermediary and is not responsible for the quality, availability, or safety of services.

  2. Service Providers: The Platform is not responsible for any issues ( including loss, injury, or damage) due to your use of services.

  3. Limitation: Our liability to you for any claim related to bookings made through the Platform shall be limited to the total amount paid for the booking that gave rise to the claim.

6. Force Majeure

We (the Platform or the Service Providers) can’t be held accountable for events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or accidents.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

  1. Data Collection: When you use our platform, you agree to the collection of personal details to process bookings and deliver services.

  2. Third-Party Providers: Providers may receive the necessary information needed to provide or book the services. These parties are liable to follow their own privacy policies for the safety of your data.

8. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

We may make changes and update these terms at any time and they will be effective upon posting. You’re held responsible for keeping yourself updated with these terms and conditions.

9. Account Security

When you create an account on our platform, you agree to and are responsible for maintaining its security (such as your password and ID) and reporting any unauthorized use. 

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform (text, graphics, logos, images) is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

11. Severability

In cases where any part of these terms and conditions is found invalid, the rest remain fully in effect.

12. Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the complete agreement between you and the platform regarding its use. This agreement replaces all previous or current discussions, whether spoken or written.
